Vinton’s Humble Hearts and the Ward 7 Recreation Center will be host the annual Halloween Trunk R Treat for the kids. It will be on Saturday, October 27, at 6:00 pm. The event will be held at the Ted Lyons Ball Park. The Trunk R Treat will be followed by a Movie in the Park. There will also be face painting, games, and a costume contest.
