Heritage Festival 2010

The year 2010 marked the 100th anniversary of the incorporation of the Town of Vinton.  The celebration for 2010 was also notable for the large turn out and the slate of native Vinton musicians performing onstage, including Philip Ebarb, Ivy Dugas, Kevin Hare, and headliner Marcia Ball.
