Utility Balanced Billing is available for Vinton Utility customers.  Charlene Nichols, Billing Specialist for Vinton, reminds utility customers that the town currently accepts applications for balanced billing.  Utility customers interested in this payment option should call Charlene at (337) 589-7453, Monday thru Thursday 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM or on Fridays from 8:00 am until 12:00 noon.
