Mayor Bahnsen was in attendance for the “Small Town Mayors Convention” last week. This informative meeting discussed some of the obstacles facing small municipalities in the state of Louisiana, some items of discussion were “Water and Sewer Systems”, Audits, Budgeting and Financial Reports, and best practices for “Securing and Managing Grants”. The knowledge she received at this meeting is just another opportunity to make “Vinton Great Again”!
